Retaining large portions of the coal laundry will create approximately 10,000 sq. ft. of developable space around the be-NATURE core. We are targeting a supra-regional program that will redevelop the entire site. These new uses must be fully consistent with the be-NATURE project, which has nature and water as its core values.

Given current tourism and the arrival of the mining experience center be-MINE PIT, for example, a hotel could provide great added value for both the site and the surrounding towns. In addition, there is room for a multifunctional, unique cascading space that could serve, among other things, for temporary exhibitions and regional or national events.
