margin-left: 0in; direction: ltr; unicode-bidi: embed; word-break: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Around the coal preparation plant it was always busy, 24\/7, with <strong>moving mine carts and hard-working miners.<\/strong> Coal Preparation Plant 1 and 3 <strong>have been idle for 30 years now.<\/strong> The building is empty and in poor condition, but <strong>that will soon
